At the end of the inspection report there will be a Summary Page. It is not a complete listing of all the findings in the report and it reflects the opinion of the inspector. Since the summary alone does not explain all of the issues, please review the entire report. Please have licensed trained professionals inspect and/or recommend repairs or replacement for all work.
